The Association has elected the following officials:

A Special General Meeting held on Friday 8th July 2011 voted unanimously to amend the objects of the Association to:
(1) The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation in particular by the provision of facilities to enable participation in lug-rigged sailing.
(2) To advance the education of the public in the history and use of the Jumbo and the maritime heritage of St Ives.
On July 19th 2011, the Association was officially awarded Charity Status: Registered Charity Number 1142930
